Undergarments (bras, bralettes, body shapers, etc) are NOT available for returns. Returns on Grab Bags are NOT accepted.
If you choose to return your products to Your Curve, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Shipping is not refunded on returned items.
We do not issue exchanges at this time. We will gladly process a reorder if the product you request is in stock. Please note, once your initial order is processed, we are unable to edit or make changes.
To return an item to Your Curve, please click on the Contact Us page in the footer of our website. Please provide us with your Order # and reason for return.
The standard processing time for returns and refunds is 3-5 business days. Within this time frame, you will receive an email with your refund information. Also, all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when the order was placed. *We cannot issue refunds in any other payment form*
